These two Hindu religious sites located in the Garhwal Himalaya ranges in Uttarakhand, draw devotees from India and around the world, all of them eager to attain salvation, or moksha, the ultimate state of liberation in Hinduism. Visiting the 2 Dham Temples in Uttarakhand is a unique experience because each of the dhams of this Hindu pilgrimage circuit are dedicated to a different deity, and have their own major significance.

Day 1 : HARIDWAR – GUPTKASHI (208 KMS /8 HRS)
Pick up from Haridwar early morning, drive to Guptkashi via Rudraprayag & Devprayag. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi. Guptakashi:- The name Gupt Kashi means "Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it stays for the winter. Day 2 : GUPTKASHI – SONPRAYAG - GAURIKUND – KEDARNATH (30KMS BY ROAD & 14 KMS TREK ONE WAY) Meals Included : Breakfast & Dinner
By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you your prebook Helipad. When you return back our car will drop you at Hotel for rest. (Note: Helicopter ticket is not included in this package). By Trek: Though it is difficult to go up and down from Sonprayag on the same day by trek. But it can be done if you take ponies or helicopter while going to Kedarnath. Do coordinate well with driver, as due to parking issue driver cannot stay at Sonprayag also network issue is also there. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, toiletries and clothes. After Reaching at kedarnath, Check into hotel at kedarnath. Dinner and overnight stay at kedarnath. Approx. charges for Pony: Rs. 3000 - 4000/ Per Person Approx. charges for Doli : Rs. 4000 - 6000/ Per Person Kedarnath Weather – Due to its high altitude the weather in Kedarnath remains cold for most part of the year. Summer here is cool and pleasant while winter is severe. During summer season the temperature varies around 20°Celsius. Light woolen wear is recommended. Winter season in Kedarnath is severe with mercury falling to as low as 0°Celsius. During this time the place experiences snowfall as well. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually avoided by tourists.
Day 3 : KEDARNATH – GUPTKASHI (30KMS BY ROAD & 14 KMS TREK ONE WAY) Meals Included : Breakfast & Dinner
In Morning, After performing Pooja & Darshan of Shri Kedarnath ji Return back to Guptkashi. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel at Guptkashi.
Day 4 : GUPTKASHI – JOSHIMATH (109 KM/4 TO 5 HRS) Meals Included : Breakfast & Dinner
After morning breakfast check out from hotel and start your journey to Badrinath dham via Joshimath. Check in hotel at Joshimath. Dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.
Day 5 : JOSHIMATH – BADRINATH – JOSHIMATH (78 KM/ 2 TO 3 Hours) Meals Included : Breakfast & Dinner
Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus), After badrinath dham darshan return back to Joshimath. Dinner and Overnight stay at Joshimath. Badrinath Weather: The average maximum temperature will be around 18° Celsius and the average minimum is 8° Celsius. Warm and woolen clothes are hence required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is often accompanied by snow falls. Winter is very chilly with an average temperature of 5° Celsius. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually closed for tourists.
Day 6 : JOSHIMATH – HARIDWAR (250 KM /7 TO 8 Hours) Meals Included : Breakfast
After Morning breakfast Check out from and start your journey to Haridwar enroute visiting Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, Nandprayag, Rudraprayag, Devprayag and Rishikesh. Drop at Haridwar.
Daily breakfast and dinner. (MAPAI)
