05:30 AM – ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome
06:00 AM – ETA at Sersi Heli-base

› Passengers will report at Sahastradhara Helidrome by 0430 Hrs.

› In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc., we shall convey to the passengers in advance, so that they may report according to the delayed timings at the Helidrome.

› Passengers might be ferried in different shuttle services flights, in view of the maximum weight carrying capacity of the aircraft at a high-altitude destination such as Kedarnath.

In order to catch shuttle helicopter from Sersi/Kedarnath, passengers may have to wait as per operator’s flying schedule issued by UCADA for the respective date.

Approximate time taken for Kedarnath Temple Darshan: 02 hours.

› The shuttle services flight Sersi to Kedarnath is apporx. 07 minutes long.

› Once the darshan is done, passengers will be back to Sersi for refreshments.

2. Badrinath Dham

09:00 AM – ETD from Sersi Heli-base
09:30 AM – ETA at Badrinath Helipad

› On arrival at Badrinath helipad, our team will take the passengers for darshan.

Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: Approx. 01-1.5 Hrs. Passengers will be taken to the temple by car.

› After darshan, passengers will be brought back to Badrinath helipad for their flight to Sahastradhara Helidrome.

3. Return to Dehradun

11:00 AM – ETD from Sersi Heli-base
12:00 PM – ETA at Badrinath Helipad

› Estimated time of arrival will be 1200 Hrs at Sahastradhara.

› On arrival, our team will be present to receive the passengers.

› Our team will arrange a lunch for the passengers at Dehradun.

  • Medical Check-Up: Seniors and those with health issues should consult a doctor before the yatra.
  • Seating Capacity: The helicopter seats 6 passengers.
  • Weight Limit: Maximum helicopter weight capacity is 450 kg (excluding baggage). Passengers must provide accurate weights at booking; exceeding the limit will result in deboarding without refund.
  • Overweight Charges: INR 1,500/kg for passengers above 75 kg. Excess weight is calculated based on the total permissible weight of the group. Any discrepancies will be charged before boarding.
  • Arrival & Extra Day: Passengers should arrive in Dehradun one day prior and keep an extra day in case of weather delays. Extra accommodation due to weather or force majeure will be at the passenger’s expense.
  • Weather & Force Majeure: Flying is subject to weather and other factors like VVIP movements or technical issues. Passengers should be prepared for delays or cancellations.
  • ID Requirements: AADHAR Card for Indian passengers, passport for foreign nationals.
  • Add-On Services: Additional services not included in the package will incur extra charges and must be confirmed at booking.
  • Medical Emergencies: Passengers should consult a doctor before the trip. Medical evacuation by helicopter, if needed, costs INR 1,20,000 + charges.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and a 10% fee if requested at least 28 days before the arrival date. Less than 28 days is treated as a cancellation.
  • Refunds for Bad Weather: Full refund for a complete tour cancellation minus INR 15,000 for service charges. Refunds for individual dhams: INR 4,00,000 for Badrinath, INR 3,75,000 for Kedarnath. Additional services will be deducted from the refund. No refunds for COVID-19-related cancellations; a credit voucher valid for one year will be issued instead.
  • Force Majeure Policies: No liability for delayed/canceled flights due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors. Refunds will follow the policy. In case of disruption mid-tour, a revised itinerary will be provided within the scheduled duration. Additional costs for extra services or days will be borne by passengers. Increases in taxes or government levies after booking will be charged to passengers before the tour begins.
