Day 01: Dehradun Arrival

› This is the reporting day at Dehradun, which is our main base (starting & ending point) for the Heli-tour.

› We arrange extra night halt for the passengers with dinner and breakfast, to wind down and be fully ready for the journey ahead.

› In the evening, there will be a Tour Briefing (mandatory to attend), which will be conducted at 1900 Hrs. Duffel bags will be provided during the tour briefing, in which necessary luggage will have to be packed by the passengers – Maximum 5 kg/person will be permitted.

Day 02: Kedarnath Dham

11:15 AM –Check out from Dehradun hotel
12:30 PM – ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome 
01:00 PM – ETD from Sersi Heli-base

› This is the starting day of the Dodham yatra. Passengers will check-out from the hotel at 11:15 am, after breakfast.

› Passengers will report at Sahastradhara Helidrome by 1130 Hrs.

› In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc., we shall convey to the passengers in advance, so that they may report according to the delayed timings at the Helidrome.

› Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services flight.

Approximate time taken for Kedarnath Temple Darshan: 02 hours.

› The shuttle services flight Sersi to Kedarnath is apporx. 07 minutes long.

Passengers might be ferried in different shuttle services flights, in view of the maximum weight carrying capacity of the aircraft at a high-altitude destination such as Kedarnath.

› Once the darshan is done, we will bring down passengers to Sersi.

Sightseeing at Sersi: Triyuginarayan Temple – It is the venue of the celestial marriage of Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati (Subject to weather and Road conditions).

Day 03: Badrinath Dham

01:00 PM – ETD from Sersi Heli-base
01:30 PM – ETA at Badrinath Helipad

› Passengers will have breakfast & lunch at Sersi and be ready for their flight to Badrinath by 1200 hrs.

› On arrival at Badrinath helipad, our staff will take the passengers for hotel check-in.

› Passengers will be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple in the afternoon.

Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: Approx. 01-1.5 Hrs. Passengers will be taken from hotel to the temple by car.

Sightseeing at Badrinath: Mana Village – Known as the ‘First village of India’, due to its proximity to the China border.

Aarti / special pooja at Badrinath Temple – Swaran/Chandi Aarti (on an additional direct payment basis at Badrinath), with extra vehicle charges.

Day 04: Return to Dehradun

01:30 PM – ETD from Badrinath Helipad
02:30 PM – ETA at Sahastradhara Helidrome

› Passengers will have breakfast & lunch by 1230 hrs and be ready for their flight to Sahastradhara Helidrome by 1245 hrs.

› Estimated time of arrival will be 1430 hrs at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will be present to receive the passengers.

› Then passengers will be taken to the Dehradun hotel to collect their luggage from cloak rooms.

› Later passengers will be dropped to the airport/railway stations, where we bid them farewell.

• Helicopter flying from Dehradun to Kedarnath ji & Badrinath ji & back.
• 01 night stay at Dehradun on your date of arrival – breakfast & dinner included.
• 01 night stay with all meals at both Sersi & Badrinath.
• Local sight-seeing at Sersi & Badrinath.
• Shri Kedarnath ji helicopter shuttle services: Sersi – Kedar – Sersi.
• VIP Darshans (as per the Government’s orders).
• Airport & hotel transfers at Dehradun.
• Local transportation and support at both the dhams.
• Taxes & other government levy.

• Any international or domestic air tickets
• Haridwar or Rishikesh visit
• Hotel booking for extra night halt
• Special puja (Rudra Abhishek, Maha Abhishek etc)

• VIP Darshans: Subject to temple and State government regulations.
• Passenger Shuffling: Uttarakhand Trips may shuffle passengers between helicopters for safety; those traveling together might be on different flights.
• Fixed Flight Timings: Departure times are fixed, but may change due to weather or other conditions.
• Reporting Time: Will be confirmed the evening before the tour by our Dehradun team.
• Weight Accuracy: Passengers must submit accurate weights at booking; incorrect weights may result in boarding denial without refunds.
• Baggage Allowance: Only one bag up to 5 kg per passenger; large suitcases are not permitted.
• Kedarnath Shuttle: Shuttle service may separate passengers traveling together.
• Taxes/Levies: Any sudden increases will be borne by passengers.
• Yatra Registration: Mandatory online registration may be required before travel.
• Clothing: Comfortable attire and sports/trekking shoes are recommended.
• Assistance: Uttarakhand Trips has crew at both Dhams to assist passengers.
• Infants: Free for infants under 2 years (max 12 kg); ID proof required.
• Weight Consideration: Infant weight counts towards the group’s total permissible weight.
• Extra Charges: Donations, tips, porter charges are passenger’s responsibility.
• Connectivity: Poor network at Badrinath; BSNL & Jio are most reliable.
• Airport Transfers: Provided on arrival day or one day prior; one transfer per side.
• Altitude Advice: Carry medication and warm clothing; temperatures drop at night.
• Medical Check-Up: Seniors and those with health issues should consult a doctor before the yatra.

• Seating Capacity: Our helicopter seats 6 passengers.
• Weight Limitation: The maximum weight capacity is 450 kg (excluding baggage). Passengers must provide accurate weights at booking. Exceeding the limit may result in deboarding without a refund.
• Overweight Charges: A fee of INR 2,000/kg applies to passengers weighing over 75 kg. Excess weight is calculated based on the total permissible weight of the group. Any discrepancy in declared weights will be charged before boarding.
• Arrival Date: Dodham 3N/4D Heli-tours are booked by flying date (Day 2). Passengers must arrive in Dehradun one day prior.
• Bad Weather & Force Majeure: Flying is subject to weather and other factors like Air Traffic Clearances, VVIP movements, or technical issues. Passengers should be prepared for potential delays or cancellations.
• ID Requirements: Indian passengers must provide AADHAR cards; foreign nationals must provide passports.
• Add-On Services: Additional services not included in the package will be charged extra and must be confirmed at booking.
• Medical Emergencies: Passengers are advised to consult a doctor before the yatra. Medical evacuation by helicopter is chargeable at INR 1,20,000 + additional fees.
• Rescheduling: Booking reschedules are subject to availability and a 10% fee if done at least 28 days prior to the arrival date. Rescheduling within 28 days will be treated as a cancellation.
• Bad Weather & Force Majeure Policies: Uttarakhand Trips is not liable for flight cancellations or delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. Refunds will be provided per policy. If the tour is disrupted mid-way, a revised itinerary may be offered within the scheduled duration. Extra costs for any extensions or additional services will be borne by the passengers.
• Government Levies & Taxes: Any increases in government or temple fees after booking confirmation will be charged to passengers before the tour begins.
